Kombucha Chia Pudding Yoghurt Bowl
I'm always looking for ideas for chia seed puddings. This recipe comes from my new found obsession with Kombucha. Kombucha is a fermented tea drink with probiotic benefits. Making a chia seed pudding with the kombucha and adding it to your favorite yoghurt adds a refreshing pop.
1/4 cup Kombucha of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt or any non diary yoghurt of choice
1 Active Bean Bar blueberry spinach bar
Combine chia seeds and Kombucha. Stir for a few seconds and let sit for 10 minutes until the chia seeds to bloom. To finish your yoghurt bowl, swirl chia pudding with yoghurt and top with your favorite fruit. Since I used a blood orange, carrot ginger flavored Kombucha, I topped my bowl with blood oranges and cara cara orange segments. Instead of granola, add our blueberry spinach bar.
