Vitamin C Smoothie
Smoothies are a great way to increase consumption of fruits and vegetables. You can prep the smoothies the night before and in the morning you have breakfast on the go.
1 orange bell pepper
1 navel orange
3 medium carrots
2 tsp fresh tumeric or 3/4 tsp dried
6 cherry tomatoes
1 apple beet ginger bar
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
